3. SMS Communication Policy

If you opt in to SMS communications (e.g., via the waitlist form checkbox), you agree to receive text messages from TechPulse and ATR Guide:

Types of SMS Messages:

  • Marketing and promotional messages (product announcements, special offers).

  • Transactional messages (account updates, waitlist confirmations, appointment reminders).

Optional Disclosure:

  • We will not share, sell, or disclose your SMS opt-in data to any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

  • All SMS opt-in data is used solely by TechPulse and ATR Guide to send you relevant messages.

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to enroll in SMS communications.

Opt-Out Mechanism:

  • To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any TechPulse/ATR Guide text or contact us directly (see Section 12).

  • After opting out, you will no longer receive promotional or transactional SMS unless you opt in again.

Help Information:

  • At any time, you can text HELP to any TechPulse/ATR Guide SMS to receive information on support and help options.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our third-party partners use cookies and similar Tracking Technologies for the following purposes:

  • Retained for up to two (2) years after your last interaction, unless you request earlier deletion.

  • May be stored indefinitely for analyzing trends and improving our Service, provided it cannot be associated with any identifiable individual.

  • We may keep certain data longer if required to comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax, audit, or regulatory requirements).
