TechPulse Subscription Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription Coverage

Your TechPulse subscription includes:

Live ticket-based technical support
Access to our AI-powered knowledge base
Remote diagnostic support
Repair guidance by certified specialists
Exclusive access to TechPulse case studies and learning content

This service is available exclusively to the subscribing automotive repair shop. Each subscription covers one physical location. Additional locations ("rooftops") require separate subscriptions.

2. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly, starting at signup.
Payment is required upfront to activate service.
No specific due date is enforced, but service is suspended if payment is not received within the grace period.
Grace Period: 14 days from a failed payment attempt.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled in advance.

3. Fair Use Policy

Support is offered on an "unlimited" basis but intended for reasonable use. Excessive use, including:

Operating across multiple locations with one subscription
Submitting tickets unrelated to actual repair work
Use for training, testing, or external jobs

...may be flagged as abuse. TechPulse reserves the right to review usage patterns and suspend or modify access accordingly.

4. Refunds

All payments are non-refundable, including partial months. Our technicians are paid contractors whose time is reserved in advance. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused services or mid-cycle cancellations.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel at any time by:

Completing our cancellation form, or
Emailing [email protected]

To avoid future charges, cancellation requests must be received before your next billing date. Service will remain active through the end of your current paid period. No partial refunds will be provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

TechPulse provides advisory and technical guidance but is not responsible for outcomes resulting from repairs, diagnostics, or decisions made based on its recommendations. Use of our service is at your own risk.
